What happens next?

1. Fill out the International CAP Evaluation Form below.
2. You will normally hear if you have been accepted or not within 3-5 days.
3. Once accepted you will receive an email discussing payment.
4. After payment is completed you will receive your log in to start the process to receive a scholarship to play soccer in the United States.
